Pasta Frutti di Mare

Seafood pasta

Preparation time: 20 min.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

500g spaghetti

1 tbsp. oil

1 clove of garlic

250g prawns (fresh or frozen, defrosted)

250g cherry tomatoes

40 g olives (stoned)

2 cans of Rügen Fisch mussels in tomato sauce, each 110g

2 cans of Rügen Fisch mussels in arrabbiata sauce, each 110g

Preparation method:

Boil spaghetti according to pack instructions.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut the garlic clove into thin slices and brown along with the prawns. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the olives into thin slices. Add to the frying pan and fry with the other ingredients for 1-2 min.

Add the mussels with the sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Serve with the spaghetti.

Tip: If you enjoy very spicy food, you can also use 4 cans of "Rügen Fisch mussels in arrabbiata sauce".
